Artist Label Services Agreement

12-month term
Artist keeps 100% ownership of masters.

Revenue split
70% artist / 30% label, net profits after approved expenses
Distribution setup
$250 one-time, due upon signing
Marketing
$1,500 flat rate per campaign or project, including ad spend up to $500 per project
Booking support
$500 to $1,500, added on top of artist rate
Payment options
Upfront, financing, or payment plan with a $250 minimum deposit and up to three monthly payments, CEO approved

International distribution

Distribution-Only Deal
