How it works

From application to airtime.

    Choose your package

    Pick the interview package that fits your promo goals: Starter, Spotlight, or Diamond Experience.

  2. 02

    Complete the submission form

    Fill out your contact information, long bio, and music links. No files or uploads are required.

  3. 03

    Submit for review and approval

    We review your submission to confirm it is a fit for Diamond’s Vibe Room: positive, professional, and story-driven.

  4. 04

    Pay for your slot

    Once approved, you will receive payment instructions. Your interview slot is not secured until payment is received.

  5. 05

    Upload your images

    Once payment is received, upload your images to the private drive folder provided.

  6. 06

    Schedule your interview

    After payment, we lock in your interview date and time. Choose live or pre-recorded, based on availability.

  7. 07

    Interview prep

    You will receive quick prep guidance so you are ready to deliver your story, your message, and your best energy.

  8. 08

    Your episode airs

    Your episode airs on Diamond Vibes Radio and Live365, including your spotlight songs based on your package.

  9. 09

    Promotion and replay, if included

    Spotlight and Diamond packages may include replay time the same week, based on scheduling.
