Black Diamond Television does not offer refunds for any products, services, digital goods, subscriptions, advertising, promotional packages, media placements (including TV, VOD, music video placement, film placement), sponsorships, bookings, production services, editing services, commercial creation, trailer creation, deposits, or any purchases made through our website, invoices, links, DMs, email, or payment platforms.
No Refunds
By purchasing from Black Diamond Television, you acknowledge and agree that NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances, including change of mind, scheduling conflicts, delays outside of our control, dissatisfaction with subjective preferences, failure to submit required materials, failure to respond for approvals, failure to use a service, removal of content by third-party platforms, or any technical issues outside of Black Diamond Television’s control.
Media Placement, Rotation, and On Demand
All TV placement, rotation, and on-demand services are non-refundable once a slot is reserved, scheduling begins, or promotional work has started. If your content does not meet requirements, is not broadcast-ready, or is not submitted by deadlines, your purchase remains non-refundable and your placement may be delayed, rescheduled, or replaced with a comparable opportunity.
Service Replacement / Credit
In place of a refund, Black Diamond Television may provide a replacement service, service credit, or an equal or greater value service for the amount paid. The replacement will be determined by Black Diamond Television.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all required information, content files, artwork, approvals, and materials by requested deadlines. If materials are not submitted on time, the purchase remains non-refundable, and Black Diamond Television may reschedule services or apply payment toward an equal or greater service.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Chargebacks and payment disputes are considered a violation of this policy. If a chargeback is filed, services may be paused until the matter is resolved. Black Diamond Television reserves the right to refuse future service to anyone who initiates a chargeback after agreeing to this policy.
